After your order has been placed, it will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking number within the specified time frame, please check your junk folder.
If after checking your junk folder you still cannot locate your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com or by calling 262-342-6727.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products all purchases are final.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incomplete, incorrect or defective order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days of delivery and we will work with you to deliver the best outcome.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility and will not be included in any refund amount. Items will be refunded when the order has been inspected and determined not to have been tampered with, used or damaged.
The customer is responsible for reading the product description to determine if allergies or skin sensitivities may occur before ordering any products. Refunds are not available for any skin irritations or allergic reactions that may occur.
